Booking Process
- Reservation Request: Submit booking details through our website or contact us directly
- Confirmation: Receive booking confirmation within 2 hours during business hours
- Payment: Complete payment as per our deposit requirements
- Voucher: Receive booking voucher with confirmation number and check-in details
Payment Terms & Conditions
Deposit Requirement: 50% advance payment or one night's rate (whichever is higher) required to confirm booking.
- Accepted Payment Methods: UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Cash (on arrival for balance)
- Currency: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
- Price Changes: Rates may change without notice except for confirmed bookings with deposits
- Group Bookings: Special terms apply for 3+ rooms - contact us for details
- Payment Security: All online transactions are secured with SSL encryption
Cancellation & Modification Policy
24+ Hours
Full refund minus ₹100 processing fee
Within 24 Hours
50% refund of total amount
No-Show
No refund - full amount forfeited
Modification Terms
- Changes allowed up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability
- Date modifications may result in rate differences
- Room type changes subject to availability and price adjustments
- Group booking modifications require 7-day advance notice

Check-in/Check-out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards
- Check-out: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Early/Late: Subject to availability and charges
- ID Required: Valid government photo ID mandatory
Occupancy Rules
- Maximum Occupancy: As per room type specifications
- Additional Guests: Extra charges apply
- Children: Under 5 free, 5-12 years 50% rate, 13+ adult rate
- Age Verification: Required for all guests
Important Hotel Policies
- • Unmarried/unrelated couples: Check-in subject to local regulations and hotel discretion
- • Alcohol consumption: Strictly prohibited on hotel premises
- • Smoking: Designated areas only - penalties apply for violations
- • Pets: Not allowed except registered service animals
- • Noise: Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

- Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms continue to apply
