Reservations & Booking

Advance Booking Required: We strongly recommend booking rooms in advance via our website, phone, or email to ensure availability.

  • Room rates are subject to change without prior notice, except for confirmed reservations with deposits
  • Special event periods may have different pricing and cancellation policies
  • All reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of required deposit

Accommodation Policy

  • Standard Occupancy: Each room accommodates up to its maximum capacity as listed
  • Additional Guests: Extra person charges apply for occupancy beyond standard limits
  • Children Policy: Children above 12 years are considered as adults for pricing
  • Age Verification: Valid ID required for all guests during check-in

Deposit Requirements

Confirmation Deposit: 50% of total stay amount or one night's rate (whichever is higher) required to confirm reservation.

  • Payment Methods: UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash (on arrival)
  • Group Bookings: 3+ rooms require 30-day advance notice for cancellation refunds

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free Cancellation

24+ hours before check-in: Full refund minus processing fee (₹100)

Late Cancellation

Within 24 hours: 50% refund of total booking amount

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive without notice: No refund, full amount forfeited

  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days for online payments, 2-3 days for UPI
  • Early Checkout: No refund for unused nights unless due to hotel service issues
  • Weather/Emergency: Case-by-case consideration for natural disasters or emergencies

Check-in & Check-out

Standard Timings

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM (Noon)
  • Late Check-out: Subject to availability (charges apply)

Flexible Options

  • Early Check-in: Subject to room availability
  • Late Arrival: 24/7 reception available

Booking Modifications

Modification Window: Changes allowed up to 48 hours before arrival, subject to availability.

  • Date changes may result in rate differences

  • Modifications within 48 hours subject to additional fees
