Make sure to book rooms in advance via telephone or online to confirm the room availability.

Room Rates may change without any prior notice and for any special events except for confirmed reservation (Taken deposit).


Normal accommodation per room is two people. Any additional person will be charged extra, and Children above 13 yrs will be charged.


To confirm your reservation the initial payment for one night’s room rate or 50% of the entire stay must be deposited. Only then your reservation will be accepted. We accept Visa and MasterCard for the payments. For any other payment, enquiry reach our staff members via - 99 44 88 00 59/ 4554 265037

Group bookings or more rooms require a 30-day cancellation notice for the return of the deposit.


If at any cause your plans have changed, please inform within the following guidelines for a refund of your deposit. If the cancellation does not meet the guidelines, the deposit will be not issued.

For early checkout, you are responsible to settle the entire reservation cost for days you booked and it cannot be rebooked. In case you have not understood the policy conditions, please contact the hotel for consultation.

Also, note that a multiple room reservation is added together for the total of "reserved nights".


If the room is cancelled within the few hours of the arrival day, then only 10% of the total booking amount will be withdrawn.

The processing will take about 2-4 weeks to refund the whole amount to your credit card. This may be due to the processing time is taken by the bank and other numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees.

In case a reservation is not confirmed, we will not charge you any amount of extra and the whole amount will show on your credit card after 2-4 weeks due to the processing time.


Normal check-in time is 12.00 - 12:00 p.m. For late arrivals, please call for instructions on the procedure for arrival after 12 pm. Check-out is at 12 Noon.

Early check-in and check-out are possible by prior arrangement only. Each is subject to additional charges as per Hotel terms.


We require 7 days before original arrival date for the change request. Any modifications are subject to availability at the time you request. Modifications made less than 7 days before original arrival date may be liable for the extra fees as per Hotel terms.


If you didn’t show up at the date of arrival the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by us and you will be charged the cost of the whole reservation.

If you fail to check in on the first date due to any reasons, please contact us immediately so that we can keep the room for you for the rest of the nights.

Otherwise, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund will be issued as mentioned earlier.


Shorten stay is subject to entire period charge whether or not you stay as you mentioned.

If the changes are intimated to us in advance we may minimize the charge of your stay.


Please note all the requests will not be guaranteed as mentioned in our terms and conditions and it relies only on the availability upon your arrival to the hotel.

In case if there is a special request for accessibility request (i.e. wheelchair accessible room), please contact us before submitting the reservation.


If the reservation is confirmed, we issue a confirmation number through email and text message, you can just show on your day of arrival .


Sixth Star Inn may update its Refund and Cancellation Policy at any occurrences without prior notice and update on the website.
